Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Occasionally, some standard knives may be in stock and will ship immediately. Most often, our custom knives are made-to-order, so please allow 4-6 weeks for production and shipping. Shipping is via United States Postal Service or UPS. Rates are assessed by weight and are calculated online when you make your order. Knives are packed in individual boxes but may be combined in one shipping order.

Also, keep in mind that you can check the status of your order by logging in to our website at any time. It will indicate when your order has shipped.

Returns
Upon arrival of your order, if any products are broken or damaged, please notify us immediately to make arrangements to replace any damaged item.
